Due to the personalized nature of our products, most items are made to order. Please note that in some cases, especially for custom orders, it may take up to 4 working days for your order to be completed. We believe in quality over haste, and every item is meticulously crafted to meet our high standards. Rest assured, we will make every effort to ensure your order is completed and dispatched as swiftly as possible.
Shipping Method
We use Australia Post for all our deliveries, ensuring that your order is handled by a trusted carrier. We ship orders every business day from Monday to Friday. Each order is carefully packaged in boxes, satchels, or padded bags, with ample protective materials to safeguard your items during transit. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.
While we take every precaution to package your items securely, please understand that once your order has been handed over to Australia Post, Burning Bliss cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage that occurs during transit. If any issues arise, we encourage you to reach out to Australia Post directly with your tracking number for assistance.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently offer domestic shipping within Australia only. Our shipping options are designed to be simple and transparent:
- Flat Rate Shipping: Enjoy a flat rate of $10 for standard shipping on all orders.
- Free Standard Shipping: Spend over $95, and we’ll cover the cost of standard shipping for you.
- Free Express Shipping: For orders over $150, we offer free express shipping, so you can enjoy your Burning Bliss products even sooner.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and Australia Post’s schedule. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while express shipping usually arrives within 1-3 business days after dispatch.
Exchanges & Returns
At Burning Bliss, we take great pride in the quality of our products. As each item is handcrafted, we are unable to accept exchanges if you simply change your mind. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we are more than happy to replace it. Please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order, providing details of the issue along with photos if possible. We will work with you to resolve the matter swiftly and to your satisfaction.
