Delivery & Returns
We are a small owner operated boutique business and therefore most of our luxury products are made to order. In some circumstances please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be completed if it's a custom item. All of our products are hand poured and this can take time. We will do our best to make sure you get your order as quickly as possible!
Our products are either sent via Australia Post or via courier, depending on your location. All orders are sent in either boxes, satchels or padded bags using plenty of packaging to ensure your order arrives accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package once it has been shipped.
We currently only ship our products within Australia.
Burning Bliss does not accept exchanges if you change your mind. We will happily replace your items if they are damaged or defective. Please contact us via email in relation to any postage / damaged item issues.
