Move over bath bombs—shower steamers are on the rise, and for good reason. If you don’t know what a shower steamer is, let us brief you. Similar to bath bombs, these scented tablets dissolve in the shower and release a relaxing, aromatic fragrance that turns an ordinary shower into a luxurious experience. And let’s be honest—we don’t all have the time or equipment necessary to take a bath, so showers tend to be more of a go-to.

Our SINUS RELIEF Shower Steamers are infused with real Eucalyptus Essential Oil, Peppermint Oil and Menthol to unblock and awaken and clear your sinuses, clear congestion, boost your energy and leave your bathroom smelling amazing.

HOT TIP: Using our Sinus Relief Shower Steamer in a bowl is an effective method to alleviate symptoms of a stuffy head caused by the flu. Here's a step-by-step guide:

Materials Needed:

- Sinus relief shower steamer

- Large heat-resistant bowl

- Hot water (not boiling)

- Towel

Instructions:

1. Prepare Your Space:

   - Find a comfortable place to sit where you can lean over the bowl. A table and chair setup often works best.

   - Ensure you have everything within reach before starting.

2. Heat the Water:

   - Heat water until it's hot, but not boiling. Boiling water can be too hot and create steam that might burn your skin or respiratory tract.

3. Set Up the Bowl:

   - Place the sinus relief shower steamer at the bottom of the bowl.

   - Carefully pour the hot water over the steamer to activate it. The steamer will start to dissolve, releasing essential oils and beneficial vapors.

4. Create a Steam Tent:

   - Lean over the bowl, keeping your face at a comfortable distance to avoid burns from the hot steam.

   - Drape a towel over your head and the bowl to create a tent. This helps to trap the steam and direct it towards your face.

5. Inhale the Steam:

   - Close your eyes and breathe deeply through your nose if possible. If your nose is too congested, start by breathing through your mouth and then gradually try to inhale through your nose.

   - Continue inhaling the steam for 5-10 minutes. Take breaks if it feels too intense or if the steam becomes uncomfortable.

6. Post-Steam Care:

   - After finishing, pat your face dry with a clean towel.

   - Drink a glass of water to stay hydrated, as steam can sometimes lead to mild dehydration.

   - Rest in a comfortable position and avoid going out into cold air immediately.

Additional Tips:

- Essential Oils: If the steamer doesn’t have a strong enough scent, you can add another Shower Steamer.

- Consistency: Repeat this process 1-2 times a day as needed to keep your nasal passages clear.

- Safety: Ensure the water is not too hot to avoid burns. If you feel any discomfort, stop the process immediately.

This method provides a soothing experience that can help clear nasal congestion and make you feel more comfortable as you recover from the flu.
